Our office HQ is based in Anchorage, AK. They would not deliver to us here. We had to route our driver to our Montana facility to get these as the website would not ship to Anchorage, AK. However, after spending hours and hours on the phone with the canadian border trying to find a vendor for these forms, I am SO grateful that I was able to order these online for our intra-state shipping company to use for coming in and out of Canada.
